BTFC Player Development Centre - New & Existing player registration form for 2025 - 2026 season Ladies Teams

Please do not complete and submit this form unless you have been accepted into a team. You will need player image plus image of players birth certificate both in .jpg format maximum size of 300 kb. You will also require a password which will have been given to you in your offer letter to submit form & pay the £30.00 registration fee which will be done through PayPal or Debit/Credit card - We cannot except payment by any other method.
