The safety and wellbeing of all our young players involved in learning and playing football for Brackley Town FC is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where every young person under the age of eighteen feels valued, respected, and protected.
We have put in place a safeguarding and welfare policies, in conjunction with the FA and Northampton FA guidelines and procedures in place.
All our coaches working with our young players, is expected to act in a responsible and professional manner, and to uphold the highest standards of behaviour at all times whilst representing Brackley Town FC.
All safeguarding concerns, no matter how small they may seem, are taken seriously and acted upon promptly. We work in line with relevant safeguarding guidance and legislation, and we will always act where there is a concern for a child’s safety or wellbeing.
We encourage parents and guardians to talk with their children about feeling safe and to raise any concerns with us if something does not feel right. If you have a concern a question, or would like to discuss any aspect of safeguarding, please do not hesitate to contact myself where we can discuss the matter in confidence.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and by working together we can help ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children and young people involved.
